In response to COVID-19 outbreak, APLS sent a letter to Governor Ducey requesting that Land Surveyors be exempt from any “stay at home” order that may be issued. The Governor has since issued an Executive Order which includes a list of essential services that are exempt.
The purpose of the Governor’s Executive Order is to protect Arizonans. If, after reviewing the Executive Order, you determine you are exempt as an essential infrastructure operation, APLS encourages you to do your best to protect the health and safety of the public and your employees by setting up social distancing protocol and following government regulations and CDC guidelines. We have gathered some resources to assist the membership and will continue to update this page an our social media sites with any new information.
Due to a mandatory stay at home order, the APLS staff is working remotely. If you need to reach APLS, please email info@AzPLS.org. If your matter is urgent, please call Executive Director Crissy Willson via cell phone at (707) 529-3877.
